Earth day

Mispiace, sono in ritardo.
ieri ho lavorato tutto il giorno e non me ne sono resa conto fino alle 10 di sera, Ma vorrei condividere alcuni trucchi evita sprechi - pro ambiente che mi impongo e uso.

I'm sorry I'm late
Yesterday  I spent all day working, and so I dind't realize that it Was Earth day untill 10 pm.
But I want to share some thing I was Thinkig About.

Comperare il giusto evita di buttare denaro e risorse. Anche se é in 3x2 o in offerta.
Buy the right amount awoids to throw away and saves money & resources even if its reduced!

Vado al supermercato con la pancia piena
I go to the supermarket right after eating

Scelgo prodotti di produttori vicini - K zero o quasi
given The chance I choose products produced close to where I live

Scelgo prodotti di aziende che abbiano una buona filosofia ambientale - di preferenza produttori piccoli .
I Choose Products made by companies that have a good  Enwviromental Policy, If possible I choose small producers.

Guardo le confezioni, evito come la peste prodotti che hanno 3 tipi di materiali misti in più e più strati ( odio ritrovarmi con una mini spesa e una maxi borsa di imballi)
Look at packaging: I avoid products with huge packaging made of different materials. I hate the feeling i bought a bag of packaging.

Rileggo la lista della spesa, a freddo e più volte. Cosa serve davvero??
I double check my list: what do I really need??

Mi pongo come limite la borsa che ho e vado a piedi: riempita la borsa, finita la spesa. Mi serve a stare focalizzata ( e ad evitare la scoliosi)
I put myself the limit of my shopping tote and walk to the store: once the tote is full I stop shopping it helps me staying focused and avoids Back injuries!
